The Space:
Welcome to this lovely 70 m² 3-bedroom apartment on the 7th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Elder Street in the heart of central Edinburgh. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, Bedroom 3: 1 double bed. The apartment has two bathrooms: one en-suite with a shower, and a second accessible via the hallway with a bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private balcony — smoking is not allowed on the balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A separate washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience. The flat has individual radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.
