Situato nella collina alle spalle del mare,tra Recco e Camogli,Terrazza D'A...Mare domina con il suo terrazzo che è il protagonista indiscusso dando la gioia di una vista impagabile.
L'appartamento ha anche altre qualità e servizi importanti,spaziosa corte d'ingresso dove è possibile posteggiare scooter o biciclette,e dove è posizionato il locale lavatrice,l'ingresso si affaccia sulla maestosa cucina dove troverete tutte le dotazioni fondamentali per preparare pranzi o cene(microonde,forno,piano cottura,frigorifero con congelatore),sulla destra si trova il bagno con doccia,passando oltre troviamo angolo sala da pranzo e divano con tv,che può diventare un letto singolo,il soggiorno spazioso e luminoso ha doppia funzione,il divano letto lo farà trasformare in camera da letto per la notte con risvegli mozzafiato perchè esposto sulla terrazza vista mare.
La terrazza è dotata di tavoli e sedie utili per mangiare fuori(consigliatissimo)avendo così la possibilità di ammirare tramonti indimenticabili,e ovviamente utilizzandola come solarium.
Abbiamo riservato un angolo per eventuale smart working,con tavolino a ribalta nella zona del soggiorno.
Altro valore aggiunto dell'appartamento è il posto auto riservato,si accede lungo il vialetto davanti casa,dista 30mt,comodissimo vista la difficoltà dei parcheggi in zona soprattutto nei periodi di alta stagione

La posizione dell'appartamento è strategica perchè siamo veramente a due passi da Recco e 5 minuti a piedi da Camogli,inoltre proprio sotto casa potrete trovare un grande Supermarket Gulliver,oltre al bar/tabacchino.
Per gli amanti del mare e della comodità vicinissimo all'appartamento ci sono delle scalette che portano al mare dove potete trovare una caletta poco frequentata.
Terrazza D'A...Mare è ideale per 2/3 persone massimo,con i suoi 45mq interni e gli altrettanti spazi esterni.
