The reserved space with a loft bedroom, private bathroom, kitchenette, and private terrace for the exclusive use of guests is secured for privacy with a locked door to which only the guest has the keys. There is a communal courtyard/garden where you can smoke and leave your bike or scooter inside. A crib is available free of charge upon request, as well as a washing machine.
