The upper floor can be reached by an external or internal staircase, where there is another covered terrace with comfortable couches, a small living room (air conditioning), a bathroom (without shower) and a large kitchen with external access. A double room (air conditioning) with external access is located halfway between the 1st and 2nd Floor where there is another bathroom and two double rooms. The larger room has a balcony, both with air conditioning. The villa is newly built and furnished and equipped according to modern standards.
