The owner welcomes you to this apartment building, in Aschau in the Zillertal. Typical Tyrolean hospitality, relaxation, a colourful programme of activities with hiking or skiing, and the wonderful Zillertal nature await you at these exclusive holiday apartments. The apartment building is just a kilometre from the centre of Aschau, with a supermarket, shops and many restaurants, and three kilometres from the Zillertal Arena ski resort, and five kilometres from the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen skiing area. The nearby ski bus stop to Zillertal Arena, as well as to Hochzillertal-Hochfügen, is just a four-minute walk away. It is just a six-minute walk to the Aufenfeld leisure complex, with a public swimming lake, a playground for children and relaxing wellness facilities. The nearest golf course is just a ten-minute drive away.
There are three luxurious holiday apartments, where you can enjoy your holiday to the full. Each apartment was newly built in 2013, is spacious and comfortable, and can accommodate up to six people. You can end your active holiday day with a good glass of wine on the generous terrace or balcony, with a view of the Zillertal mountain backdrop. Each apartment has two modern double bedrooms with kingsize beds and a modern bathroom. The spacious living and dining room includes a fully-equipped kitchen of a high standard, a big dining table and an LCD TV with satellite channels. The electricity for the heating is generated with a private little water turbine and oil. Free wireless Internet access is available in all the apartments, each with its own router. A cot and a highchair are available. You can also share use of the ski storage room, with a ski boot dryer, as well as the bicycle room and pram storage room. Freshly baked rolls can be brought to your apartment in the mornings, at a supplementary charge. Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments.
You can end your exciting holiday day with a grill evening, under a gazebo, while your children play in the green and fragrant meadows around the house. These areas are for shared use. Parking spaces are available by the house. You can find a sauna, a solarium, a washing machine and a dryer at the campsite about 300 metres away, which you can use for a fee.
