Positive: The apartment is fully equipped: shelf, completely new coffee machine for coffee capsules, TV set, air conditioner, refrigerator, kitchen, washing machine, foldable clothes rack, table in the kitchen, and table on the balcony. Amazing sea view from the room and balcony. The place looks safe: I even saw a security guy. The place was even equipped with a pool, but it was too cold and closed this time of the year (October). There are a lot of olive trees around which also give a taste of Italy. Staff is friendly and is online to give recommendations regarding places of interest and restaurants. They left plenty of washing stuff in the bathroom: 4 different types of soap, body gel, and shampoo - I never have seen so many options before 😁 The internet was awesome fast - 500 mbit over optic fiber which was a great choice for my job. It covers all the apartment and I even was able to use it outside near swimming pool. There is also a plenty of supermarkets nearby: Tigre, Conad and Lidl. Beach is about 20 minutes away by walking or you can park the car on Conad's parking lot and reduce the time by 5-10 minutes. I would like to return there someday again.

Negative: Right side sunshades were broken both on the window and balcony, but I believe it can be fixed. And I can't really say that it spoiled my stay, just an inconvenience. Also, as I'm working traveler, I was missing some table for my laptops. I have used the plastic table from the balcony for that, but it was not a great choice.
