Welcome to our charming, beautifully decorated apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, ideal for up to 4 guests. Located in the Ainay district, on the first floor of a secure building, this central and historic area is close to the famous Place Bellecour.

The apartment includes the following amenities:

Strategic location: Only 2 minutes from the Ampère - Victor Hugo metro station, providing quick access to Place Bellecour, City Hall, the Lyon Opera, and Perrache station.

The apartment offers 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), a wardrobe, and blackout curtains on the windows. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), a nightstand, a bedside lamp, a wardrobe, and blackout curtains for a comfortable night's sleep. The living room includes a sofa, a coffee table, a TV, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, electric cooking plates, a range hood, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, a small fridge, a kettle, a toaster, as well as dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The bathroom includes a sink, storage cabinets, a hairdryer, and a mirror. You will also have access to an iron, vacuum cleaner, broom, and mop. The WC is separate.

In the heart of the city with its typical Lyonnais buildings, the large Place des Jacobins, the famous Place Bellecour, and especially my favorite place in the summer, the Quais de Saône, very pleasant when it's warm at the end of the day with a view of the Medieval Quarter of Vieux Lyon and the Basilica of Fourvière.

The neighborhood is very lively!

Bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores are around you and easily accessible on foot. Also, you can simply cross the bridge to reach Place Bellecour and Rue Mercière where you can taste all the Lyonnais dishes in the bouchons of your choice, try the praline brioches, and discover various city sites, including the Notre-Dame de Fourvière basilica located on the heights, offering a breathtaking view.

## Transit

Well served by buses, metros, trams, and Perrache station, all just 2 minutes away by transport.
