Positive: The quality of the food served was excellent, and it was a relief to finally find a place that serves properly cooked hard-boiled eggs. The furniture and equipment were new, adding a modern touch to the accommodation. There is a large free parking area, which is very convenient. The property is located outside of the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), making it easily accessible by car.

Negative: The shower cabin was too small, with only 39 centimeters to enter and a shower area of 60 cm x 60 cm. It was a bit cold during the night, which affected our comfort. Noise from the kitchen below disturbed our peace. The WiFi connection was poor, making it difficult to stay connected. The room door could not be widely opened, which was inconvenient. The overall impression was like asking for a place to sleep in a local bar, which was not very welcoming. The upper floor is accessible by stairs only, which might be inconvenient for some guests. There was no water kettle or coffee machine in the room, which would have been a nice addition.
