In a great location, just behind the pine forest that runs along the promenade, 50 m from the beach, on the border between Pescara and Montesilvano. In the immediate vicinity, bike path, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, public services. Ideal for a couple or a family, there are also a small room with a bunk bed and a small terrace with table and 4 chairs. Tables, chairs and paintings are different from the photos because purchased later.
