The boathouse was built around 1860 by a noble family from Cernobbio, owners of a prominent villa that lacked direct access to the lake.
The boathouse, designed to accommodate small boats, allowed the villa’s guests to enhance their stay with excursions into the upper reaches of Lake Como.
Left in a state of neglect in the mid-1950s, it was recently purchased and completely renovated by the current owners.

From the living room, you step out onto a first terrace, perfect for al fresco dining to the sound of lapping waves.
