This newly and luxuriously furnished studio apartment on the first floor is located near Vienna’s largest student district (University of Vienna). It’s conveniently situated within walking distance of the subway, shopping, bars, restaurants, clubs, and much more. You can reach the city center in 15 minutes by public transportation. The apartment is ideal for tourists, students, groups of up to 6, couples, interns, and expats. It is on the first floor, tastefully furnished, and offers all the essentials.
The apartment is at street level and was renovated and furnished to a high standard in the summer of 2022. Everything is new: the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living area were custom-built and furnished with designer furniture.
Since the apartment was formerly a commercial space, the entry door (security door) is separate from the building’s main entrance. Access to the apartment is directly off the sidewalk. The access system automatically grants every guest 24/7 access to the apartment for the duration of their booking. Thanks to our burglar-proof blinds, the apartment stays pleasantly cool in the summer—eliminating the need for air conditioning—and is very well insulated and sufficiently warm in the winter.
