Summary: My room was clean. The air conditioning was switched off by the hotel, so i could inly open my window. The breakfast area was very crowded. It was due to a tour group eating early, so i had to delay eating until the group left. Como's bus system is a bit confusing. Not all busses go to Como San Giovanni, so if you have luggage, it may be better to take a taxi for a reasonable price.
