Be in the heart of downtown Ocean City-beach and boardwalk 1 block away and all the boutiques and dining on Asbury Ave only 3 blocks away. 10th St has a new bathhouse going in on the boardwalk and you are right at the rides of Castaway Cove!
This private unit (rear building 2nd floor unit #D) is open and airy, great for a couple or a small family. Climb the stairs to find your private deck space-a great place to relax and read or enjoy your morning coffee and take in the sunrise. Enter into the living area featuring a sofa bed, comfy chair and smart tv. Climb the ladder to the cozy loft, a quiet space featuring a queen size bed away from the main bedroom with its own A/C unit. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a large dining table for 4. Off the kitchen you will find the main bedroom featuring queen bed and attached bath with shower (no tub) and washer/dryer. Please note the loft is accessed by a ladder, so may not be appropriate for small children and supervision is required. This is a complex of 4 condo units and there is a shared patio/courtyard area with a large dining table and adirondack chairs as well as an outdoor shower.
Parking-there is one off street parking spot provided in a lot about 1 block away-information will be sent after booking with details. There is free parking on Wesley ave, half a block away and metered parking on 10th and Ocean Ave.- please only use the alleyway for loading/unloading as 4 units all share this area.
Wifi is available and password is at the property as well as provided to you after booking. Smart TV offers: Hulu Live complimentary, Netflix, YouTube etc you can log into using your own account.
Sheets (packaged for sanitary purposes), towels, paper products provided, beach tags provided-beach gear is not.
Sorry no pets/ESA allowed. I love dogs and have 6 of my own, but don't bring them with me to be fair to all guests! Service animals welcome-please just notify me ahead of time due complex restrictions.

The entire 2nd floor of the rear building is yours exclusively and the ground level patio area is shared with 3 other units as well as the outdoor shower.
Other things to note
Please take note of sleeping arrangements-while this condo technically sleeps 6 (2 on queen sofa bed in living room, 2 in loft queen bed and 2 in main bedroom queen bed) the bathroom is through the main bedroom-just so you are aware ahead of time as you might not want friends coming in your bedroom at 3am for a potty break!. Also note- the loft is accessed by a ladder and is not appropriate for very young children-all children must be supervised on ladder at all times.
This location is walking distance to virtually everything Ocean City has to offer-the beach and boardwalk is 1 block away-if you go to the 10th st beach, it is a shorter walk than 9th st and where the new bath houses are being built-great if you don't want to walk back to the condo. The heart of the boardwalk where all the shops/food/amusements are, run from 6th St-14th st-so this is smack dab in the middle of the action. Asbury Ave. (6 min walk) offers great dining and shopping options and Acme (grocery store) is approx a 10 min walk at 8th & West. One thing to remember, OC is a dry town-meaning no liquor stores or bars-you will to either bring your own alcohol from home or stop at Circle Liquor in Somers Point right before getting to OC on the 9th St Bridge or there are some options in Marmora if coming over the 34th St Bridge -Yesterdays and Boulevard Super Liquors.
