Summary: The room was lovely. It was well worth getting the deluxe room because it was on a corner and there was a lot of extra space. The room was immaculate, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly and professional. Everyone made us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was also great and well worth including when you book. Lots of options, plus gluten-free things. It was great to have a smart roof terrace. Lots of comfortable seating and a bar. It was quiet in November when we were there, and a great place to relax in the sun with a book, cocktail in hand. There was plenty of room adjacent to the lobby if you need a little space to yourself but don’t have the energy to go out walking for a spell. Sofas and armchairs, coffee tables, water and a small bar. I love that you can walk out of the door and see the Colosseum. I highly recommend the Basilica Di San Clemente just two mins walk around the corner.
