Children will also enjoy the swings and the table tennis set. Green lawns lead to the swimming pool which is surrounded by a terrace. Here guests can relax on sun loungers and deckchairs under umbrellas after a refreshing swim. There is a volleyball court set up next to the pool which can be converted to a football pitch.

Location
The villa is close to the centre of the picturesque town of Muro Leccese. The weekly market (Thursday morning) is the ideal place for guests to pick up the best and freshest local ingredients to cook at home. Otherwise, there is plenty to visit including Piazza del Popolo and many restaurants and cafés.
20 minutes from the villa is the famous coastal spa resort of Santa Cesarea Terme, with its thermal baths and fascinating caves. There are also some lovely beaches nearby including Porto Miggiano Beach and Archi Marine.
Not to be missed is the city of Lecce (35 minutes drive), known as the “Florence of the South” and blessed with wonderful Baroque architecture as well as Roman ruins. It is a jewel of a city and well worth a visit. Not only for its long history but also for its excellent food and good shopping.
