Situated on the top floor, the apartment faces south and west. Guests can enjoy a shared outdoor area with whirlpool, sun loungers, garden, terrace, table tennis, foosball, relaxation area, lounge, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The heated whirlpool is open from May to the end of October.
The apartment is in the center of the small village of Gufidaun, in the heart of South Tyrol. Restaurants, a pizzeria, and a supermarket are just a two-minute walk away. The property is in the Eisack Valley, on a small hill between the popular towns of Bolzano and Brixen, at the entrance to the Val Gardena and Val di Funes, and close to the Dolomites.
