Summary: A beautiful property with pools and a spa and very friendly staff, yet none of that overcomes a cheap mattress and no a/c in 95 degree heat. It should be expected that a four star resort has a/c no matter how infrequently it is used; a mattress that you can feel the springs in only made trying to fall asleep worse. I appreciate the friendly staff very much, none of this is their fault, but the most basic and important function of a hotel is being a place where you can sleep comfortably and in my stay I did not sleep much at all. Unacceptable.
