Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Good location: feels like a safe neighbourhood, close to the airport (15 min drive without traffic). Just a short walk to the centre with plenty of restaurants, walking distance to the sea, park etc. Nice coffee shop just in the front of the apparent. Even a fitness centre in the area. There is a free parking space in the area (streets) just a few minutes walk, very close to the train station (€1,5 and working 25 min you are in the centre of Rome ). Apartment is nicely designed, there is everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, comfortable bed , space desk for work if needed, big mirror and plenty of wardrobes etc. Kitchen has some supplies, a mokka a d even coffee/tea/sugar etc. and there is a nice terrace where you can seat outside. My dog could stay with me free of charge. Check in was very smooth (could check in on my own, also 1 hour before check in time). Good contact with friendly host through WhatsApp. I’m very satisfied, recommend a d will book attain fi in the area next time. Definitely better solution for me that centre of Rome (but that’s personal choice I guess).

Negative: I was aware of it and it was no problem for me- but there is no WiFi (in case someone’s has a need for it). Also not a problem but it would be a nice add on if there was iron in the apartment. I also advised host already to change information on booking - as it would be helpful for me to make decision about booking faster- booking mentions no parking possibility while in the area there is plenty parking space in the nearby streets/ train station parking etc. This parking is free but if course a subject to availability (luck perharps in the more popular times.

Summary: Perfect location for my stay - close to visit Rome, very satisfying house design and all facilities. Value for the price
