- three spacious double bedrooms; each room has a balcony overlooking the sea, Montecarlo and the French Riviera, air conditioning, 32 'led Tv, wi.fi internet connection. free in all rooms, minibar, large safe to accommodate a laptop, private bathroom, bathroom courtesy set (soaps, shower gel, shower cap, disposable slippers, hairdryer).
A large room with a usable fireplace (wood provided) and a kitchen with an adjoining dining room are also available to guests.
- independent annex rented separately consisting of: large double bedroom, third extra bed, bathroom with tub, kitchenette, sofa; the annex is attached to the villa but completely independent and is offered for groups of 8/12 people.
Private parking reserved for guests closed by automatic gate.
Garden equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, tables and chairs in which in summer it is possible to have lunch and dinner;
