The apartment is newly built and is located in a detached villa on the seafront, not far from the beautiful beaches of the country, easily reached by a short walk of about ten minutes.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa and is accessible via a short staircase. The house consists of a spacious and bright living room with kitchenette, a modern and functional bathroom, a cozy double bedroom and a large terrace overlooking the garden. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob, table and chairs. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and LED TV. All rooms overlook a charming garden with table and chairs and barbecue for common use.
