We look forward to welcoming you to beautiful Dresden! Our vacation rentals are located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the city. The property covers 1,800 square meters and is available for our guests to use. Your vacation rental has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (the room is 18 square meters) and a smaller room with a double-sized bed (140 x 2 meters), though it is designed for only one person. It is a ground-floor apartment measuring 80 m². Perfectly suited for seniors<br> A terrace invites you to relax. The 40 m² living room offers plenty of space for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a freezer, refrigerator, microwave, stove, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, dishwasher, and toaster! The bathroom features a shower and a bathtub. The vacation rental is luxuriously appointed and was newly renovated and furnished in 2020. Additionally, a comprehensive entertainment program is available, including a flat-screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. An Alexa device plays music for you and can wake you up in the morning if you’d like. If you ever need to do laundry, we have a washing machine available for you; a dryer is also on-site. If you’d like to barbecue, a grill area is at your disposal. Our building was constructed in 2000 and features three apartments, two of which are vacation rentals, so family gatherings are also possible upon request. Parking spaces are also available to our guests for a small additional fee. A heated pool is available for your use—we look forward to your visit—and you can also book a try-dive there. It’s a 3-minute walk to public transportation or a 10-minute walk to the streetcar. If you have any ideas for excursions, we’d be happy to help you plan them. Cornelius-Gurlitt-Straße has very little traffic, so nothing will spoil your vacation enjoyment. If you already have specific event requests, we can organize them in advance so you won’t have to spend time getting tickets. Our local baker, who has an excellent reputation in the area, will gladly take your orders to treat you to Saxon bakery items. If you’d like to go out for dinner in the evening, the restaurant is just a 3-minute walk from your vacation home. Delicious Saxon dishes await you there. Another insider tip is a ride on the narrow-gauge railway in Freital, which takes you into the Ore Mountains through beautiful countryside, past the Malter Dam and the Rabeneuer Grund.
