The house is accessible by 102 steps. From the large outdoor area in front of the house, two terraces and a pergola you can enjoy spectacular sunsets and the impressive panoramic view. On the second floor is a large terrace with beautiful views, where you can have a leisurely breakfast. A bathroom with hydromassage shower and one with hydromassage bathtub invite you to relax after your excursions. From the house, along the paths that lead to the historic center of Sestri Levante, you can discover the narrow charming streets of this small town. About 50 km away is Genoa with its famous aquarium and historic center with characteristic alleys; Portofino at 35 km offers a natural park (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the charming villages of Cinque Terre are about 40 km away. Nearby are tennis clubs, farms, playgrounds, riding stables, mountain bike trails, boats to the Cinque Terre and Portofino and the possibility to practice many water sports such as diving, windsurfing, fishing, snorkeling.
