Among the windows, which are double-glazed PVC with soundproofing and mosquito nets, one French window leads out to a comfortable, liveable balcony with a partial sea view. Upstairs, there is a 160m² terrace with unobstructed 360° views.
In addition to a self-service laundry facility, your two-bedroom apartment features two elegant and spacious private bathrooms with large shower cubicles. The heating is independent, with aluminium radiators fuelled by natural gas; air conditioning with split inverter units; Wi-Fi and TV. Just 150 metres away is the sea with a long stretch of beach where you’ll have a parasol, chair and sun lounger reserved for you; 100 metres away is the ‘park road’, with its characteristic Wednesday market; 1 km away is the shopping promenade with various shops and the nightlife scene with its pedestrianised area.
