The house is located in the town of Sarchittu, a hamlet of the municipality of Cuglieri, 20 km from the provincial capital which is Oristano, in the west of Sardinia, in a beautiful area in terms of landscape. We are in a glimpse of the Sinis, in the northernmost part of this area, which goes from San Giovanni to Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, in the upper part of the town there is the accommodation which is completely independent. The house is accessed from the courtyard, it is a green area with an outdoor shower and a staircase of about fifteen steps that leads to the first floor, where the apartment is located. We must also underline the fact that on the ground floor there is another apartment but with an independent entrance from this one and on the main road. We are in the upper area of the town, a very quiet area, with a beautiful sea view from the terrace of the house.
From the entrance on the first floor you enter the corridor where we find, on the left, a bathroom complete with toilet, shower and bidet and continuing on to a first double bedroom, spacious, with a view of the town. While from the right side of the corridor we access the large and well-organised living room, connected to an equally large kitchen area, with fridge and freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, utensils of all kinds and a washing machine. The living room leads to the veranda, equally large, with a beautiful view of the sea of S'archittu and the beach of Is Arenas. Again from the corridor, after the living area, you enter the second bedroom on the right, equally large, with a view of the sea. So we saw the sea from the living room of the house, from the veranda adjacent to the living room and from the second bedroom facing the sea.
