The "Vecchio Ulivo" is located on a hill with a panoramic view of the Tiber river, below the small medieval village of San Vito di Narni, 79 km from Rome by highway. The property is located within a large olive grove and surrounded by a landscaped garden with a swimming pool of 13 x 6 meters. Downstairs is a large living room with fireplace divided into 4 areas, a confortable kitchen, a master bedroom that opens to the garden on a grape vine pergola and a bathroom with shower.
