The Apartment
We are renting a modern, fully equipped 41 m² apartment (completion December 2022), including a balcony, a parking space in the underground garage with a dedicated wallbox, and a lockable storage room in the basement.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Building D (see floor plan). It consists of an entryway, a modern bathroom with a large shower, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room. The bedroom features a desk, which is ideal for working from home. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light characterize the apartment’s rooms.

Green Hills is a 5-minute walk from the train station in Sachsenheim, with direct train connections to Bietigheim-Bissingen (10 min), Ludwigsburg (18–26 min), and Stuttgart (40–50 min). If you’d like to reach your destinations by car, you can be on the B27 or A81 in just a few minutes.
