The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, and the city bus stop is approximately 300 m away. There are good transportation connections to the B 77, B 202, and B 203.
The “Sonnenschein oben” apartment is a cozy, approximately 80 m² vacation rental on the first floor that accommodates 2 to 4 people. It features a large living room with a dining area and a lounge area, including a TV. Bedroom No. 1 is furnished with a double bed, while Bedroom No. 2 has twin beds.
