In 2023, a cozy retreat with approximately 45 square meters of living space was created on the top floor of a completely renovated historic building. The open-concept living/dining area features a 1.60-meter-wide pull-out sofa bed and a cozy dining area for four people. The separate bedroom features a 1.80-meter-wide box-spring bed with allergy-friendly bedding. The new, high-quality built-in kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom includes a hair dryer and storage space. - Payment can be made either in advance via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. - Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are available upon request. Keys are provided via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. One electric tricycle rental for one day is included free of charge per booking. Each additional day costs 25 euros. The base rate includes Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, dish towels, and final cleaning. Upon request, a fourth person (child up to 15 years old) can be added for an extra charge. Public parking is available on the street at no cost.
