Kafrema Villa Luxury & Pool by Symphonya Rentals | House in Galatina
4 Bedroom House in Galatina
In the countryside of Galatina, where time seems to slow down among centuries-old olive trees and dry stone walls, Kafrema Villa Luxury & Pool stands as a declaration of love for authentic Puglia. An architecture that reclaims Lecce stone, warm and luminous, and blends it with a sober elegance designed for those seeking the true charm of a Salento villa without giving up contemporary comfort. The property extends over 1.6 hectares, with 180 sqm of living space that hold privacy and room in equal measure. Once past the entrance, the eye wanders across the English-style garden dotted with olive and citrus trees, before settling on the private pool measuring 10×4 metres, with a depth of 1.40 m, which seems to dissolve into the green of the Salento countryside. This is where days find their natural rhythm: the sun caressing the water in the morning, the golden silence of sunset over the stone tower, the stars reflected in the quiet of the evening. The villa unfolds through four bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, arranged beneath star and barrel vaults entirely clad in exposed stone. Each room keeps its own character — forest green velvet headboards, beige and taupe tones, ceilings that reveal traces of ancient plaster in shades of pink and ochre — giving guests the feeling of inhabiting a small world of their own, self-contained and cared for down to the smallest detail. Every space at Kafrema holds its own soul: niches carved into the living rock, natural stone floors, bathrooms conceived as small wellness retreats with resin washbasins in terracotta and bronze tones. Artisan details intertwine with the most modern comforts, offering hospitality that is both rooted and contemporary. The heart of the villa is the large open-plan living area, where star and barrel vaults in Lecce stone create an atmosphere suspended between past and present. The kitchen, with sage green cabinets and modern appliances, opens onto a spacious dining room able to seat the whole party beneath arches in Apulian gothic style, while the living room with television completes the shared spaces for every moment of the day. The Mediterranean garden surrounding the property is an invitation to slow down: the English lawn, the shaded corners beside the stone lookout tower, the scents of olive and citrus accompanying every step. The high dry stone walls enclosing the estate grant absolute privacy, turning every outdoor moment into an intimate and secluded experience. Kafrema Villa Luxury & Pool is not merely a residence: it is the promise of suspended time, where luxury is measured in authenticity, privacy and beauty. An exclusive retreat for those who wish to discover Salento not as a tourist, but as a traveller who recognises the discreet elegance of true things — just minutes from the baroque centre of Lecce, from the beaches of the Ionian and Adriatic seas, and from Puglia's most enchanting villages.
