The villa overlooks the bay of Sant'Andrea in the Gulf of Cagliari with direct access to the white sand beach.
The house is structured on two levels: on the first level large private parking, a large terrace with sea view to enjoy a good candlelit dinner or for a breakfast / lunch thanks to the protection of a large umbrella, a garden illuminated at night where you can enjoy the Sardinian sun or read a good book.
At your disposal a barbecue for your barbecues and direct access to the beach. Also on the first level a large lounge with large windows that will allow you to see the sea, a table where you can have lunch / dinner or breakfast on cooler days, a comfortable sofa where you can watch TV or read the newspaper will welcome you.
