Our property is set in one of the most beautiful locations, (well we think so!!) as you step out of your front door you see endless views of mountains and hill top villages to the right and the sea in the distance to the left. We bought the property in July 2015 and have worked on it since, now having a beautiful home and apartments for our future clients to come and enjoy.
We are located in a small village which offers a local general store, bakers, butchers and our own cheese makers so most needs are covered, our nearest town is Guardiagrele which is known for its ornate metal works, and great Sunday market where all manor of local produce and goods can be bought.
OUR STUNNING NEW POOL WILL BE READY FOR USE JUNE 2018
Within 20 minutes one can be dipping your toes into the warm Adriatic sea or if snow and skiing is your thing our nearest slopes are just 45 minutes away.
Our lovely apartment is very well equipped with most needs covered, we also provide a welcome pack free of charge for our guests that stay a week or more. To the front of your apartment there is a large private terrace, table and chairs for your personal use and access to our gardens, orchard and chickens which are happy to be fed scraps at any time!!! Extra seating, tables and chairs have been dotted around the property for our guests to make use of to take in the stunning views while having a glass of our local wine in the evening sun.
We have held small gatherings for special occasions such as 21st/40th Birthdays and one Wedding, as we can accommodate up to 40 people in our marquee.
